Introducing GROOVE!

 Get into the groove of summer’s fierce flow. As June is rapidly approaching, things are about to be wild, juicy, and active. Fire season is yang. We are transitioning from building and planning into taking action. We naturally have more energy during this time… and there’s nothing wrong with taking advantage of the extra juice. It’s a gamechanger to have a daily anchor to keep the fire in check!

This course is designed to fit into your busy summer itineraries. All you need is 10 minutes each day. Each meditation will start with centering and then venture into a journey. Groove should ideally be coupled with any daily rituals you choose..maybe a 15 minute flow, a walk, or making your favorite tea/drink. Choose easy to accomplish rituals that fill you up! Each meditation will also include journal prompts to allow you to get a little bit deeper into each of the journeys. 

At the end of the course, there will be a celebration at Sylvan Lake to connect and integrate if you’re local. If you’re not local, I encourage you to celebrate yourself in any way you choose! Making new habits is hard work, and I can’t wait for you to continue to build your sweet daily ritual into one that is truly all your own.
