Yoga is an integral part of who I am.  It is where I first fell in love with creating a daily ritual.  It is the space where I come home to myself again and again.  

It is not about getting on your mat and working out.  It is a space to breathe and connect within in order to connect to everyone and everything that exists. 



HIIT, on the other hand is definitely all about the workout!  A balanced life is not complete without a good sweat.  If your life is missing this, we can for sure incorporate a custom plan to address the lack.
